Infield and mound repaired between games infield relined if needed.

Cancellation Policy: 100% if tournament is canceled prior to start for reasons other than weather. Refund will be given to teams canceling 2 months in advance of tournament and 1.5 months in advance if a replacement team can be found otherwise refund will be 25%. No refund for team cancellation under 3 weeks out. 75% refund if tournament must be canceled due to weather prior to start of play on Saturday, all effort will be made to ready fields and get play started. Once play starts Saturday, NO refunds given.
